Role

Challenge

RAC needed community evidence on which roads feel most unsafe or frustrating, to sharpen advocacy beyond crash data alone.

Approach

Three CrowdSpot campaigns invited Western Australians to report risky and frustrating roads, with comments that surfaced shared priorities over successive waves.

Outcome

Combined waves produced a large spatial evidence base for RAC advocacy. An archive map exists for RAC’s internal use (not a public product).
